Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or US public holidays. (If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience!)

2. Estimated Delivery Times To bring you highly curated, unique items at the best possible prices, we partner with a global network of manufacturers and fulfillment centers. Because your items may be shipping from our overseas warehouses, standard delivery typically takes 12 to 20 business days from the date of shipment.

While most packages arrive well within this timeframe, occasional customs delays or local carrier issues can happen. If your order hasn’t arrived within 25 business days, please reach out to us, and we will make it right.

3. Shipment Tracking Once your order is packed and leaves the warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note: It can take 2-4 days for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system. If your tracking link says “Status Not Available” right after you receive it, don’t worry—your package is already on the move!

4. Multiple Packages If your order includes several different items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouse locations to get them to you as quickly as possible. In this case, you will receive multiple tracking numbers, and items may arrive on different days.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses biznetnow.com is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. If you realize you made a mistake, email us immediately. We will do our best to update it, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the processing stage.
